Abdominal pain??

Hey guys,

So I’ve been having pain on the left side of my abdomen, around where my ovary is for the past couple of days, and whenever I would go to the bathroom the area around my bladder would hurt? (I don’t think it’s a UTI, i’ve had many and it doesn’t feel like this). Then today I woke up, and the pain has spread to my entire abdomen area and I got mild dizzy spells and i have no idea what this could be.

Has anyone experienced this? My boobs are also hurting and I haven’t bled for almost a month (I’m on nexplanon and I’ve bled every day for 8 months, so this is weird for me). I took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative.

I just don’t know what this is, or if it’s serious enough to go to the Dr.
