Could this be Implantation bleeding????

I am currently 8 DPO and I have a tiny bit of bleeding. AF is not due for another 6 days but I took a test this morning and it was negative. Could this be implantation bleeding or is AF early? How soon after implantation bleeding should I test positive? I'm so scared to get my hopes up and be let down yet again. Someone please give me some insight.😕
