Anyone heard of an arcuate uterus? Or uterine septum

Do you have one? If so, what did your doctor recommend? Did you achieve pregnancy without intervention?

I also have a bicornuate, mine is slight dipped vs full dipped. I’ve never had issues getting pregnant, it’s mainly staying pregnant. 
If there is a way to fix it, defiantly take that option.

I had a septate, it was from the top to the bottom of the cervix. Had 9 miscarriages over the span of 5 years, had septum resection done in nov. and in Jan. They went back in to cut the rest out, mine took two because it was a bigger septum. Surgery was easy peezy. March I took fertility drugs and now I’m currently pregnant with 4, and no sign of issues as before. 
Had I of know about my septum, I would of removed it long ago. 
It depends on your size and if it’s caused issues with staying pregnant. It doesn’t cause issues with not getting pregnant but more so staying. Its like a dead wall in the middle of the uterus.
