Hip pain

So I think I pulled a muscle puking like right above my butt in my right hip/lower back. I can barely walk without being in extreme pain. I've taken tylenol and put icy hot on it. Nothing seems to be helping. I have to get the house clean as I can as my baby shower is tomorrow. Any advice on how to help it would be amazing!
