Job help??? 😩

I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I just got considered for a new job, though the job isn’t strenuous, it requires standing for 9 + hours. Anyone else in the same situation? Jst needing some opinions while I weigh my options

I’m a nurse on a busy floor and I work 10-12 hour days. Good shoes and compression stockings help me!

I’m a nurse and am on my feet for 12 hours a day.  Give or take. You’ll be okay just take a quick break when you feel the need!

I was a guide at a museum for my first pregnancy. I hiked in the Badlands, with heavy backpacks, up to 3 km, sometimes a few times a day. Baby was totally fine (she is upstairs now having a bath with dada)!! I actually think it helped me keep some of the symptoms away and helped me push her out in 25 minutes. Once I left my job I suddenly got lots of swelling in my feet! Without all the exercise those things crept up on me. With this pregnancy I have been doing so much less physical stuff and I feel so much worse! :(

Wear good shoes and take breaks. Should be fine as long as you're not lifting heavy things.

I’ll be working a wedding when I’m 28 weeks and on my feet for 14+ hrs. I think it’ll be ok (painful after but safe). Check w ur dr tho
