To induce period ?

I just found out I have pcos but my dr doesn’t want to induce with drugs untill day 90
Is there anything I can do to induce my period ?

Answer

90 days!!! Holy crap. My doctor gives med at day 35 with a neg hcg test. I dont know of any home remedy ways of inducing a period.
