I’m visiting family and I walked out on the pourch and he was trying to get the dog to lick his penis and he also tried to hump it I have never seen him do that is that normal??

Update it’s my grandmas horny ass dogs there neutered but the male still humps the female !
My dogs at home have never humped each other ever. I feel stupid .

Toddlers are weirdos but I wouldn't day that's normal. I'd be asking where he learned to have something lick his penis and how he learned what humping is. A 3 year old doesn't "know" this behavior, he was more than likely taught.

At 3 he doesn’t understand what he’s doing, he just knows that it feels good. It is completely normal for this age to experiment with different things. Just explain to him that those particular behaviors are not appropriate especially in public places but that he can do XYZ while he is alone in his room. You don’t want to shame him or tell him that its dirty or yucky, only what is appropriate when and where.
