Breech baby feels like she’s bruising me

So baby is breech and her head is literally smack dab mid center at the top of my belly/uterus and it alwayssssss feels like I have internal bruising right where her head is. Hurts to touch it even just slightly. Soooo annoying and painful 😣 currently sitting with a bag of frozen corn on her head/where it hurts
