Prenatal Vitamins
Hey!
I’d like to hear some opinions about prenatal vitamins. Are they absolutely necessary to take? Mine make me extremely sick and I have been inconsistent with taking them.
I want to know, has anyone went through any of their pregnancy without taking them and what was your experience?
