I'm 34+2 and had a growth scan today. Baby is about 6lbs 1oz and has now went above the 95th percentile. Estimated to be around 9lbs 7oz if delivered at 40 weeks. I've to go for a glucose tolerance test tomorrow (I don't think I'm diabetic). I've to see the consultant next week and midwife has told me when they know a baby is large it's best practice to deliver at 38 weeks. I really do not want to be induced I had a bad experience last time. Surely a 9lb 7oz baby isn't that big to see if I go naturally at 40 weeks. My first baby was 8lbs 7oz at 41 weeks.
