Is this mold or dust?

I’m currently living in the worst apartment ever and I’ve noticed since I moved in that there is mold. I’m currently trying to get out of my lease and will be sending pictures of the mold to management but I just wanted to make sure that this was mold and not dust.

That is 100% dust. Change your air filter ASAP, and then clean the rest of the surfaces in those pictures. If anything, there might be some mildew but that’s different than mold. It looks like you just need to clean better.

To me, it kinda looks like dust and mold mixed together, the speckles in  it is what makes me think so.
