Me and my boyfriend never do foreplay 
I last so little in bed I orgasm in 2 mins and then I get bored he can keep going Ive been told foreplay may help but I’ve never done it before sex he’s fingered me before sex and then I couldn’t orgasm in sex?
Can I have some advice on what foreplqy we should be doing we’ve been having sex for a year and we were both virgins ?

Me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time a little while ago, and I found that a little bit of oral sex can help to build up to a climax for both of you. I would advise that you don't completely finish from oral before penetration happens because it will make it more difficult. However, it is a good jumping off point.
