The appropriate time
When do you think is the appropriate time/age to teach your baby new words? Do you talk or do you quiz? This will be all new to me so I'm interested to hear opinions.
I've noticed there are some parents who are constantly asking a 8-10month old quizzical "that's a cat, how does that go?" Instead of really talking to them.
