Anyone had back labor?

I don’t recall having it with my first but today my lower back hurts so bad I don’t want to move. Sometimes it radiates to the front and sometimes it doesn’t. Also feeling like I have Braxton Hicks but only down low. So confused over here 🙃 basically wanting to know what it felt like for you if you’ve ever had it.

Yes! For me I didn’t feel a thing in my belly except tightening- no pain. But the PRESSURE in my back was intense. Like someone was pushing on my lower back as hard as they could with both hands but from the inside. And I just couldn’t get comfortable even in the early stages of labor with that pressure.

🙋🙋 currently in l&d waiting for my LO to come. For me, they feel like period cramps that come and go. I've been contracting like crazy and it's like constant lower back cramps/period cramps. They hurt like a mf sometimes.

I had back labor with both of my babies and it’s awful!! Like the other person said... like your back is ripping and can’t even feel it in the front. Not fun at all! I got an epidural with my first and my second I actually pushed through and had him naturally. Hurt like hell but it was worth it!

I had back labor with my first. It felt like my back was being ripped apart during every contraction.  The back pain was so intense I don’t even recall feeling the contractions anywhere else. Hoping I don’t have to go through that again.
