Fetal Arythmia/ premature Atrial contractions

Anyone been through this with their baby in pregnancy? I went to high risk today for this they don’t seem concerned I have to cut out caffeine ( a drink a little bit of coffee everyday but not even a cup.) my baby looked great other than the Arythmia. Ok so nervous I go back next week for an echocardiogram.
