Help I need advice

So 2 weeks ago I got a positive pregnancy test 2 days later I had a very heavy bleed so I assumed it wa a chemical pregnancy as lines started going away then I stoped bleeding after a week now I keep bleeding and spotting n haven't got a clue what is going on here is a test I did today it is extremely faint
