Contractions?

I’m at work and it’s busy but I’ve been getting lower back pain and period cramps coming and going. I’m not sure if i feel tightening. Does this sound like contractions? I get off soon and I’ll lay down ASAP to see if it’s regular or what.

I’ve been having this too. Sitting down doesn’t help much and more of my plug is coming out. I hope this is it for us!

Contractions are like period cramps that you can time. When one starts, it will slowly get more intense, have a “peak” and then slowly fade. Lasts 30sec-1 min usually. If they are the real deal, you won’t be able to walk or talk or really do anything except brace yourself through them.
