I started taking it as needed around 37 weeks when sleeping because really hard. I’d advise if you’ve never taken a sleeping aid before to take a half of a pill because it may be too strong with a whole pill and may make you really groggy in the morning. It only helps me sleep for a couple of hours then I get up to pee a million times. Probably would’ve let me sleep longer if I took it earlier on in the pregnancy.
