Anybody else having a hard time getting excited about your pregnancy after a miscarriage?

I am 7 weeks 3 days...I had a silent miscarriage in January at 8 weeks so I'm pretty much expecting the same thing to happen this time around. I don't want to let myself get excited and then just have my world turned upside down again.

My 1st ultrasound is on 6/7, which seems like an eternity away. My s/o is so excited but I just can't let myself feel anything other than dread. Especially with the lack of any pregnancy symptoms other than running to the bathroom more frequently. I just feel broken 😔
