Storing breastmilk at work in work fridge?

Breanne • Mommy to two angel babies in Heaven. Had my rainbow baby 🌈 on September 23rd 😍 and another one on July 21st. Pregnant to my 3rd💚 due April 7th.

I have question. I work at a bar and grill. Some days I work up to 8 hours. I have been very nice when pumping. I go to the bathroom. (they never offered me a space to pump) and I try to only pump one time a shift. The other day I pumped earlier and (in the safe snap plastic containers) put my milk in the work fridge on the top shelf. Very safely. I forgot it when I left at 10 PM (because I never put it in the fridge. Everyone always gets all weird about it) and came back around 11 am the next day to get it. They covered it in foil and moved it to the walk in cooler. Because "it was unacceptable in the fridge" the one employee went above and beyond to tell me its against OSHA... every site I looked on said as long as it is labeled (date, time and what it is) it's perfectly fine... can anyone tell me if I did something wrong? I'm so agitated about this situation! Its not like I do this every time I work. It was an accident. I clearly need my breastmilk lolol... :(
