So I just looked on my watch app, and I ovulated on Sunday or Monday. If implantation was to happen on Saturday/Sunday, that was 6-7dpo. Then my resting rate rose steadily. I’ve never heard this before but this got me questioning big time! I went back to when I first got my watch and it’s never jumped up like this, it’s been generally steady. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

My Fitbit was the first thing that told me I was pregnant! Went from 68bpm and each day would rise 2-3 resting bpm

Possibly. When I had a major hormone shift when I stopped breastfeeding my  BP went high like that. Stress and over thinking it can too. Take a test.
