Guess what. IT WORKED ! I starting working out doing full body work outs 3-4 times a week and the first day I started bleeding ! I’ve been bleeding for weeks but I’m so happy because I know it’s a huge step in the right direction❤️

I’m so glad I listened to my gut and didn’t start medication for my doc and did it my own way !!!!
