Ovulation is confusing & when to test again

I feel like I'm probably pregnant. I got my Nexplanon implant out almost 4 weeks ago. No period, yet, so guessing ovulation feels all over the place. I tested mid-day Monday, at 3 weeks since removal, and got a negative. But I've been bloated, acne, urinating frequently, crazy tired, stomach feeling tender, constipated off and on and very emotional (but I'm also switching antidepressants right now). Body just definitely feels different. I'm trying to decide if I should test again Monday or wait till I start feeling more certain symptoms like nausea and achy boobs. This is a first time pregnancy. Thanks for any advice!
