STIs and stds

My anxiety is through the roof now after seeing another girls post. So I’ve only had two sex partners one when I was 17 and my now husband. I had sex with my first partner for about a year. Dated my husband for a year before getting pregnant and married. Got pregnant and of course did screenings and I was negative. We have been ttc for 4 yrs with one Mc just recently. It’s been almost 9 years that I had sex with my first partner. I can’t remember if I had any std tests since having my daughter because I’m in a great relationship with my husband and no fear of cheating. Now I’m worried Chlamydia is here lol I’ve done fertility work up and my tubes and everything are great so obviously no pid. I’m going to call and see when my last std test was and get tested again.. but is it possible for it to randomly show up years later even if I was tested negative about a yr or so after sleeping with my ex?
