Baby engaged at 33 weeks. Early birth?

Does it mean she is likely to come early as head already in pelvis?

my babys head was under my pelvic bone at 31 weeks and I was checked again at 33 weeks and he was still there. the doctor said between now and 36 weeks the baby still has room to flip and move so don’t base anything off it until then and that is isn’t a sign he will come early.

Nope, my first was engaged from 31 weeks, he’s was 2 days late! This one is head down and starting to engage now, they couldn’t see his whole head on a growth scan this week, but not anticipating that it will be an early arrival x

I wouldn’t worry about it! I’m 33+1 and just left my doctors office and she was thrilled that he’s already head down. She said around this time is when they usually tend to flip.
