Cramping at 4 weeks?

I’m exactly 4 weeks and woke up with some period-like cramps which felt like I was gonna bleed any second but all of a sudden it went away and I got some comfortable warmth and some type of sensation on my very low abdomen area. Went from pain to comfortable and warm. Is this normal?

Cramps are normal unless they are really painful. But yes sometimes they feel like period cramps. Just mention them to your doctor to be safe. Again I don’t think the should really be painful but they can feel like a period.

I’ve been getting this exactly as you described. I am also around 4 weeks (my guesstimate as last period around 2/3 May). It feels like I’m about to come on but then nothing. I’ve even got it now and seem to have it about 50% of the time.

Im cramping too and at 4 weeks & 4 days. Feels like period cramps. For the past week. Not very strong or intense but a small sensation.
I find walking helps a lot to ease the soreness.

Same here I went to the hospital for it because I’m high risk this time around and anxious. I was told it’s normal But I just further stressed myself out smh .
