Drinking.

Hi Guys! I’m gonna be a first time mum in October with baby boy and I’ve had family members and friends all tell me that 12 glasses of water a day is essential for the amniotic sac but is it just water or does that include teas, juices etc? I’ve managed to cut my fizzy intake to one a day and I can only manage around 6 glasses of water a day it’s just so boring but I manage to drink a lot of teas and juices throughout the day too. Does anyone else struggle with water intake?
