Mama needs some sleep!

Kelly

My son is 23 weeks old. He was born at 37 weeks so I’ve tried to be very patient with the progression of sleep. I’ve done everything to try to lay a good foundation for healthy sleep including bedtime routines, watching wake windows and even taking a sleep class. He’s a cat napper and usually takes a few 40-60 minute naps a day, which I’ve always been ok with because he usually slept well at night.. We survived the four month sleep regression and he began sleeping 11-12 hours a night. However, in the last week he’s been waking up screaming multiple times a night and will only go back to sleep if we get up and put the pacifier back in his mouth. I’ve been giving him Tylenol regularly thinking it’s teething. Has anyone experienced this with their littles?
