Feeling defeated
Ive been stuggling with my weight since i was a little girl. I was 185 at my heaviest and in january weeks before my wedding 1 later i was 155. Now i have gained 10 poinds back since January. But for the last few months ive been going to the gym eating healthy and sleeping a lot more but i have gained more instead of loosing..... I feel terrible and im not sure why i am gaining :/ im hoping it is just my stupid scale or gaining muscle.. Idk got any advise as to keep going and not giving up? Becuase right now, i feel like doing just that....
