Was second time labor and delivery faster?

This is my second pregnancy and my daughter came FAST! 2-3 hours of labor with an hour of pushing fast!!!! My midwife said to be close by when things start happening and to just come in and call on the way! 
I’ve read and heard from my mom friends that their second time was much faster. Now I’m worried if I’ll make it to the hospital in time lol

My first was 12 hours and my second was 15 hours. The only thing that was faster the second time was the pushing. It only took 5 minutes and 2 pushes to get her out.

Yesss! I barely made it to the hospital which was 5 minutes away..my water broke and I had to push immediately got there and was a 10..2 pushed and she was out...I'm scared for this time around

I’m so scared to! My entire labor was 3 hours long. Thank god I took a shower before I went in because I was at 2cm when I showed up and if I would’ve went right away I would’ve still been 2 and sent home. I went from 2cm-10 in 2 hours 😰 they’ve actually talked about inducing me so I can have a little more control this time, my sons heart rate dropped at the last minute in half and they ended up using the vacuum or I would’ve had an emergency c section. I’m terrified of inducing but also terrified of being home alone with my son when I go in to labor and nobody getting to me in time!!

My first labor was 34 excruciating hours (only 15 minutes pushing though), so I am sending all the positive hopes out into the universe for a faster labor. ....but not too fast..I need to have time to get me mom to my house to watch my firstborn 😂.

Mine was much faster! 🙋 About the same as yours, 2 hours from first contraction to birth. 
My first labor & delivery however, was about 15 hours from my 1st contraction to my son being born. 
I do think some people's labors go quicker with each baby. I am also interested to see how this one goes for myself too!

First- had hard labor for 8hrs before having her
Second- from the very first contraction until I had her was 4.5hrs, so definitely faster in my case

My first wasnt fast. They had to give me pitocin to help me dilate so from water breaking to birth it was 16h.
Second was a lot fast though, mainly because everything happened on its own. From water breaking to birth, was 4.5h

My first 2 were decently fast. Was in labor maybe 12 hours or less and both came with about 15 min of pushing. Super easy labor. But for some reason I am scared this is going to be my tough one. No reason, just being paranoid I think. Hoping for another fast and easy labor! 😅
