Scheduled c section?

Has anyone had their c section scheduled? June 10th my doctor will check if my son is still breeched and if he is they will be scheduling a c section. They won’t even try to flip him. I’m not sure if it’s because his cord is missing an artery and they don’t want it to get wrapped or what. So they’re thinking I’ll have him at 38 weeks instead.

How far are you? My baby is breech too but my doctor hasnt shown any concern or mentioned a csection. Right now he keeps saying he will induce at 39 weeks. I'm 35+3 and want this baby out as soon as possible! 😳

I’m 33w+5 and I’m waiting for the hospital to call me to schedule my c section. My first baby got stuck during delivery, after pushing for 3 hours, and had shoulder dystocia. They’ve been doing growth scans every month and they’re thinking this baby may be too big and will also have shoulder dystocia, so they’re scheduling a c section.

I have a csection scheduled for July 26 — one day before my due date! I had a csection last time with my twins and my dr doesn’t want to induce me this time so if I’m still pregnant then I’ll have a csection for sure. But if I go into labor before then I can decide to have either a vbac or csection depending on how everything is going.
