Implantation vs period

Usually when I get my period I can feel it coming. This feels a little different .. and it’s not even coming out .. with my first pregnancy I had implantation bleeding and thought it was my period .. 3 weeks later I tested and found out i was pregnant .. any opinions .. also sorry TMI
