Preeclampsia ???

Severe headaches (can’t even get out of bed) high bp and horrible swelling. I’m only 19 weeks I went to the hospital last night they said they didn’t see any protein in my urine but I have all the signs of it. Opinions?

High blood pressure will give you the same symptoms but you need to call and see your OB because the emergency room brushes off most pregnancy issues.

As some one else said, high blood pressure gives you the same symptoms, so as long as it isn't any protein in your urine it's not preeclampsia. But it can go very fast so I'd call your doctor so that they can monitor it closely.

Follow up with your provider ASAP. They will probably recommend you start taking a baby aspirin at the least.

I’ve had PE and am on track to have it also, they will keep monitoring you. Keep track of your symptoms! If you B/P elevated beyond their limits they will treat you. They did for me.
