Baby feedings

Hello everyone, I switched my 5 week old to size 1 event nipples and it seems to be too fast for him. Since birth he has had trouble breathing and feeding at the same time. They’ve looked at his throat and everything looks normal. He also had a barium swallow study where they make sure the milk goes down correctly

And it was normal. Not sure what else in can be. He’s a good eater, and is gaining weight. Just seems like he has trouble eating and breathing at the same time. Any advice?
