Does anyone else only have higher blood pressure at the doctor's office? I just had my 16 week check up and it was 130/88 which is high for me. I get home and take it as soon as I walk in the door and it's 114/75 which is absolutely normal for me. Sometimes it even runs low 100s/60s. Do I just have white coat syndrome or could my blood pressure machine be off? My husband has high blood pressure and has to check his periodically and it's usually right around what it is at the doc. I just feel like they look at me funny when I say that it is not right at the doctor's office.
