Missed my pill two days AFTER unprotected sex. I know a lot of people say sperm live up to 5 days in the cervix. I have had a lot of uncomfort in my lower abdomen. It feels a lot like cramps. My period is not due for another week and a half. This morning I woke up to light brown spotting (and I have NEVER had spotting before so this scared me), what do you think it is? Am I overreacting? I did switch brands two months ago so that could have something to do with it. Thanks so much in advance!
