Estimated baby weight, how accurate?

I had a scan not long ago at 37 weeks 3 days and little girl wasn’t playing ball with ultrasound tech but she still got measurements and it’s 5 lbs 3 oz
Had my son at 38 weeks and he was 7 lbs 8, so just curious as to how accurate the scan measurements are? Were yours accurate?

I was told my son would be around 7lb at birth (2 weeks before due date) he was actually 10lb 8oz. I take any weight guess with a pinch of salt now xx

Mine was way off with my first. He was supposed to be 9.5 pounds but was only 7lbs 4oz. 
They didn’t check with my second or third babies so I have no idea.
This baby was pretty close. He measured 7lbs 9oz at 36+2. He was born at 38+6 weighing 8lbs 14.5 oz.

I had an ultrasound 2 days before my daughter was born. They said she was 9 1/2 pounds but she was born at 8lbs 4oz. Ultrasound weight measurements can be off by a pound or more in either direction!
