17 weeks and 4 days. Severe back pain and heartburn

Hello everyone. I'm 17 weeks and 4 days with a stupid head cold from fishing in a storm. Last night I couldn't get comfortable due to severe back pain. It's right in my spine just below where my ribs are. It loves to radiate up my spine as well. I also started having heartburn and stomach pain starting last night which I'm unsure if it's all related. I just want to be able to rest and get over this cold. Any tips on how to get comfortable as even side laying is proving to be painful and what to do for my heartburn/tummy discomfort. Also is this normal to start around this time.
