How did you feel after losing your plug?

And did you give birth soon after??
I am 38+2. Laid down with my son to get him to take a nap and started having cramping. Got up and had to use the bathroom. I had a huge amount of mucus come out and now I am having major cramps and my back is starting to hurt😕 I did lose tiny tiny pieces around 32/33 weeks, but this was way more.

I had my bloody show last Saturday. Felt a few contractions afterwards but labor still hasn’t started and that was almost a week ago 😞

Doesn’t mean much with out blood in it it regenerates

After 37 weeks it does not regenerate, especially if you’re dilating already. Could be any day now, you’ll lose the biggest piece with blood in it and that’s usually when you know you’re close.

I lost mine last week and had bad back pain with contractions but not consistently. Still no baby unfortunately.

Thanks ladies. This is my 4th baby and I have never lost it like this before so I’m excited to see if anything happens soon.
