Brushing baby's teeth

Let's talk baby teeth! My LO has two on the bottom and we haven't started brushing yet. We got a banana teether/toothbrush and it came with little silicone brushes to put on your finger. How do you brush your baby's teeth? She's 10 months. How often? After every meal? I nurse her to sleep so I doubt I can after that one at least. Please help! Thanks!

Also, I have a space in my two top teeth. Does it look like she will, too? No teeth there yet but by the looks of it, probably soon! TIA!
