I had the size 1 but I bleed really really heavy and sometimes have to empty my cup every hour and go back and forth with tampons (I even use a super tampon like in an hour or two ) so I got the size 2 cup today which I know is for women with kids but I think it will help since it holds a bit more? It also seems a lot softer than the size 1 though so does that mean it might leak more?
