I need your advice ladies!

Im currently 11 days late and I don’t think I am pregnant bcuz the doc told me. He didn’t ask for a blood test or anything but I guess I’m trusting his judgement. I’ve been crampy and also my left breast hurts so much 😣 like it’s bruised. I thought I had implantation bleeding almost 2 weeks ago, it was only once and it was a small circle pinkish/reddish with discharge, but Now I’m not sure what that could have been. It happened on the day I was suppose to get my period or the day before something like that. All my pregnancy tests have shown a faint line after time and only seem like a shadow in time frame. So I would say they are negative.

Knowing all that should I start my clomid prescription or should I wait longer to see if my period shows up?? Or what should I do?
