OPK right after ending BC?
Has anyone started using opk soon after stopping BC to see if you’ve started ovulating immediately ?
If so - did you ovulate soon after? I know it can take a few months to get the hormones out of your system and regulate.
I’m just debating if I should. We’ve decided we’re not going to try hard - but we’re not not trying, and see what happens and if nothing, reevaluate down the road. Just curious and would like the avoid really nasty periods that make me sick, if possible. 🤷🏻♀️
