What is going on??

Question

I’m 37+3 today. Yesterday I had diarrhea and vomited all day, couldn’t hold anything down. Today I’ve been fine other than the diarrhea. Now I’m getting pretty bad headaches. Is this normal or could I be dehydrated? 
I’ve been holding everything down but it literally goes straight through me.

Make sure your staying hydrated the headache could be from dehydration.

I am 37 weeks today and that last couple of days I have also noticed all of these symptoms that I haven't really had until now. Must be part of the final stretch:(
