Penoscrotal Webbing?

Has anyone had a baby boy with penoscrotal webbing? We likely cannot get him circumcised(fine with me). But I googled it and am reading about men needing cosmetic surgery for this...I’m worried about my poor little guys’ future sex life.

Anyone have experience here? I don’t think it’s severe...I only see a little piece of skin connecting the scrotum to the very bottom of the penis. Not a big piece of skin connecting to a big piece of the penis. Seems like not too big of a deal but he is still so little so who knows.
