Ok so my period is usually nothing at all when im sleeping i maybe wear a panty liner but usually not because its sooo light... but not this time so lastnight i tried to sleep with a tampon in and wake up in the middle of the night after 5 hours of sleep and change it but when i did blood was everywhere and stained my sheets and my shorts so yeah then i changed my tampon and put a pad on then i went to sleep for 6 hours and when i woke up there was blood everywhere AGAIN! What do i do?
