Is there anyone in Delaware who gave birth in christiana Hospital or is Giving birth there? I’m due June 20th and will be delivering there just want to know if you like it or not

🙋🏻‍♀️ My 1st was born at Christiana last December, and my next will be in a few weeks. I had a great experience there- they allow you to decide when you are ready to push, the “golden hour” and delayed cord clamping are standard, and the doctors and nursing staff were very attentive. And they let you eat/drink anything clear while in labor so I was in my glory with water ice, chicken broth, and juice, but went in thinking I was stuck with ice chips only!

I did 10 years ago because I had to be near AI DuPont. I had a terrible experience, but it is hopefully better now. Good luck!
