NFP after giving birth 2 months PP
Hey Mama's! For those of you who use the natural family planning method of birth control, how do you do it? I haven't had my period yet and the husband can't feel anything during sex because the condoms are to tight (trying to find out if there are different sizes). We used NFP before we got pregnant and it worked amazingly but now I'm like...uh where you at period? 😂 I'm exclusively pumping three times a day so ..maybe that is holding it off??
