12dpo. Do y’all see anything from this mornings test?

Question

Has anyone got a negative test at 12dpo and still got a positive afterwards. Kinda don’t want to waste my test and break my heart anymore than I already have checking every day.  Think I see a lot of indent lines too and it sucks because it gives false hope

I got a negative at 12 dpo with my first. The next night i cried myself to sleep because I had a bit of blood when i wiped and just knew AF was on her way. 
The next morning there was no blood. I made it till noon the next day with no blood so i got an htp on my lunch break and my first positive test right then and there at 14dpo.
