July mamas, as you know, the time is coming nigh.

As such, I’m starting to make some dinners ahead of time for when baby arrives, and I’m looking for recipes. I’ve got two prepared meatloaves in the freezer, and I’ll be making two pans of stuffed shells to freeze tomorrow.

I’m pretty much out of ideas though.

I’m hunting for recipes for meals I can make ahead and freeze for minimal dinner time fuss when baby is here - anyone have any they’d like to share? My toddler is a little on the picky side, but he’ll just have to cope and be glad there’s a hot meal in front of him more often than not. If you happen to hit something picky toddler friendly, I’ll be all the more grateful!
